神說、天上要有光體、可以分晝夜、作記號、定節令、日子、年歲．(創世記 1:14)

• 天上要有光體—“lights in the firmament”—在穹蒼之內的。

於是　神造了兩個大光、大的管晝、小的管夜．又造眾星。(創世記 1:16)

大光、小光

• 太陽和月亮是兩大光體。它們的圓形如同天空的圓形；它們的圓周是相同的。(以諾書 78:3 )
• 但太陽和月亮的大小卻是相同的。 (以諾書 72:37 )

強光、弱光

• 太陽所發出的光比月亮光七倍… (以諾書 72:37)
• …月亮就有太陽七分之一的光華。 (以諾書 73:3)

月亮

• 月亮在夜間看似一個人，在日間則看似天空；因為月亮除了光之外，就甚麼也沒有。(以諾書 78:17)
• 「在夜間看似一個人」—因為像似有形體…
• 「在日間則看似天空」—因為是透明的…月亮呈現出它背後天空的顏色。
• 「月亮除了光之外，就甚麼也沒有」

日、月、星晨在穹蒼之內—“Lights IN the Firmament”

• 中國文化中的「太極陰陽圖」，正是日月運行的方式。
• 神在其間為太陽安設帳幕…它從天這邊出來、繞到天那邊… (詩篇 19:4,6)

眾星

• 輪的形狀和顏色、好像水蒼玉．四輪都是一個樣式、形狀和作法、好像輪中套輪。(以西結書 1:16)
• 日有日的榮光、月有月的榮光、星有星的榮光．這星和那星的榮光、也有分別。(哥林多前書 15:41)

04──THE UNIVERSE FROM THE BIBLE (Lights)

And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years. (Genesis 1:14-KJV)

Lights—in the firmament

And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. (Genesis 1:16-KJV)

Greater light  &  Lesser light

• These are the two great lights; their disc is like the disc of Heaven and in size the two are equal. (BOOK OF ENOCH 78:3)
• …but as regards size they are both equal. (BOOK OF ENOCH 72:37)

Greater light  &  Lesser light

• and his light is sevenfold brighter than that of the moon… (BOOK OF ENOCH 72:37)
• and when her light is uniform (i.e. full) it amounts to the seventh part of the light of the sun. (BOOK OF ENOCH 73:3)

MOON

• By night, for twenty days each time, it looks like a man, and by day like Heaven, for there is nothing else in it except it’s light. (BOOK OF ENOCH 78:17)
• The moon takes on the color of the sky behind it.

“Lights IN the Firmament”

• The “Tai Chi Yin-Yang Diagram” in Chinese culture is exactly how the sun and the moon go round.
• …in the heavens He has made a tent for the sun… The sun’s rising is from one end of the heavens, And its circuit to the other end of them… (Psalm 19:4,6)

Stars

The appearance of the wheels and their workings was like the color of beryl, and all four had the same likeness. The appearance of their workings was, as it were, a wheel in the middle of a wheel.(Ezekiel 1:16)

There is a glory and beauty of the sun, another glory of the moon, and yet another [distinctive] glory of the stars; and one star differs from another in glory and brilliance.(1 Corinthians 15:41-AMP)
